This tour features outdoor activities in natural surroundings with options of different levels of difficulty, mainly in Patagonia, an extreme destination of captivating beauty.
Among the most memorable landmarks are: the breathtaking Perito Moreno Glacier in Los Glaciares National Park, the enchanting Andean Patagonian forest in El Chalten at the foothills of the Fitz Roy and Torres Mounts, Tierra del Fuego in the southernmost tip of the American continent and the main star in the Chilean Patagonia, Torres del Paine National Park. The program also includes Buenos Aires and the Iguazu Falls, the latter in Northern Argentina.

Day 1
BUENOS AIRES

Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you will be transferred to your hotel before exploring the city at your own pace.
At night, try a typical Argentine dish in one of the many restaurants that the city has to offer.
Day 2
CITY TOUR, DINNER AND TANGO SHOW

Breakfast. Our city tour provides an overview of the city and its attractions. During this three hour tour, you will visit Retiro, Avenida 9 de Julio (El Teatro Colon and Obelisco), the Center (Congress, Plaza de Mayo, Avenida de Mayo, Casa Rosada), Puerto Madero and San Telmo with stops in Recoleta (Cemetery and Plaza Francia) and La Boca (Caminito).
At night you will enjoy a delicious meal and a tango show, before being transferred to your hotel.
Day 3
BUENOS AIRES – EL CALAFATE, PATAGONIA

Transfer to the airport for your flight to El Calafate.
Arrive at Calafate, the capital of the glaciers and gateway to the Perito Moreno Glacier.
Upon arrival you will be taken to the hotel and have the rest of the day to relax or explore the city. You could also walk to Laguna Nimez in time for the beautiful Patagonian sunset.
Day 4
EL CALAFATE, PERITO MORENO GLACIER

After breakfast you will start the full day excursion to Perito Moreno. In Glacier National Park, you will take the route along Lake Argentino where, 80km from El Calafate, the Perito Moreno is revealed by its 70m high walls of ice. Numerous walkways leading to the front of the glacier (there are approximately 5 km gateways) offer both a visual and audio experience, with each different view soundtracked by the constant ruptures and echoes of the iceberg. The tour also includes a short boat trip past the glacier.
You will return to the hotel in the evening.

For the more adventurous, glacier hiking tours with Big Ice or Minitrekking are also available as an addition. For more information on these excursions, just ask!
Day 5
EL CALAFATE, PATAGONIA

Free day. Ask us about optional excursions, we recommend taking a trip to Estancia Cristina.
Day 6
EL CALAFATE – EL CHALTÉN, PATAGONIA.

Breakfast. Make your own way to the bus station to go from El Calafate to El Chalten. This trip takes about 3 hours.
Upon arrival in El Chalten at noon, stop by the ranger’s office to collect information about various walks and hikes available in the area.
Spend the night at the hotel or discover the town for yourself.
Day 7
EL CHALTÉN, PATAGONIA.

Breakfast. Spend the day enjoying the numerous trails and paths at your own pace. We recommend taking the path that leads to the foot of Cerro Fitz Roy: Laguna Los Tres.
Day 8
EL CHALTÉN – EL CALAFATE, PATAGONIA.

Breakfast. You will again have time to explore the area in more depth at your own pace. This time, take the path that leads to the foot of Cerro Torre: Laguna & Glacier Torre. Take the bus back to El Calafate at 6pm to arrive back to Calafate at night. Make your own way to your hotel to rest.
Day 9
EL CALAFATE – TORRES DEL PAINE.

Early in the morning, you will begin a full day excursion to Torres del Paine National Park. On this tour of one of South America’s most important parks, you will discover the most beautiful and impressive landscapes in Patagonia, including Salto Grande, Laguna Amarga, Lago Pehoe, the Horns of Paine and the famous Torres del Paine. Get your camera ready to capture in the wild guanacos. The tour will stop at the hotel.
Day 10
TORRES DEL PAINE.

Breakfast. Day free to enjoy any of the area’s wonderful treks. We recommend trekking to the Base of the Towers.
Day 11
TORRES DEL PAINE – EL CALAFATE.

After breakfast, you will take the bus back to El Calafate (afternoon departure from Laguna Amarga).
Where upon arrival you will go to your hotel.
Day 12
EL CALAFATE – USHUAIA, PATAGONIA

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ushuaia.
Arrive in Ushuaia, the end of the world, and then transfer to your hotel.
Day 13
USHUAIA, TREKKING AND CANOEING IN THE TIERRA DEL FUEGO NATIONAL PARK

You will be collected at your hotel (shared service) and brought to the Tierra del Fuego National Park. Once in Ensenada Bay, you’ll have time to enjoy the view over the Beagle Channel before starting the walk along the coast.
This six kilometer route allows you to observe the flora and wildlife as well as discovering traces of the area’s ancient indigenous people, the Yamana. After 3 hours you will arrive at Lake Roca, where lunch will be served.
After a picnic there is a canoe trip down the river Lapataia, which will take you to Lapataia in the Beagle Channel where the Panamerican Highway and the National Highway No. 3 end.

Day 14
USHUAIA, NAVIGATING THE BEAGLE CHANNEL

After breakfast, make your way to the tourist wharf where you will board a boat to sail through the Beagle Channel. The tour offers panoramic views of the city of Ushuaia, and of the diverse marine fauna, such as cormorants and sea lions and the islands of Lobo and De los Pajaros.
If the winds permits, land on one of the islands’ bridges, where you can see the remains of giant shells and enjoy views of Chile and Argentina.
Next you can explore Les Eclaireurs, known as the “Lighthouse at the end of the world”.
You will have to pay a local tax in the port of Us$ 4.

Day 15
USHUAIA – BUENOS AIRES – PUERTO IGUAZU

Breakfast. Transfer to airport for flight to Puerto Iguazu (with a stop in Buenos Aires).
Upon arrival in Puerto Iguazu, you will be transferred to hotel where you will have the rest of the day free to enjoy the pool. In the evening you may visit the Three Borders Landmark, located in the tri-border area between Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.
Day 16
PUERTO IGUAZU, EXCURSION TO ARGENTINIAN FALLS

After breakfast, start the full day excursion with a trip to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. Explore the National Park by wandering its paths to take in the incredible views of 200 waterfalls. Lunch is at noon, after which you can take the optional Great Adventure tour that allows you to examine the falls up close, and even takes you underneath! In the afternoon, catch the train to the largest of the park’s attractions, the Devil’s Throat. In the afternoon you will be transferred to hotel.
Day 17
PUERTO IGUAZU, EXCURSION TO BRAZILIAN FALLS / BUENOS AIRES

After breakfast, a half day excursion takes you to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls, where you will be treated to panoramic views of the falls visited the previous day. In the afternoon, you will be transferred in a regular service to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. Transfer to hotel (private service).

BUENOS AIRES

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your departure.
