Argentina Wildlife Family Trip
Argentina is home to a diverse range of wildlife due to its varied terrain and habitats, ranging from lush rainforests to marshlands, grasslands, mountains and the bleak Patagonian desert. This trip features activities for the whole family to enjoy in natural surroundings where to easily witness wildlife.
After a first day in Buenos Aires, nature becomes the main source of admiration in the North, with the Iguazu Falls in the heart of the subtropical rainforest, to give way to the Ibera Wetlands, the second-largest wetland in the world. This is a mix of swamps, bogs, stagnant lakes, lagoons, natural slough and courses of water, ideal for wildlife safaris: caimans, capybaras, howler monkeys and so much more…
In Patagonia, the experience includes the watching of the largest continental colonies of Magellanic penguins along with right whales and orcas, dolphins, seals, sea lions in Peninsula de Valdes and Punta Tombo on the Atlantic Ocean coast; condors, armadillos and guanacos in the steppe, a close encounter with the Perito Moreno Glacier, as well as horse riding with gauchos in an estancia.
