Itinerary

Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you will be transferred to your hotel before exploring the city at your own pace.

At night, try a typical Argentine dish in one of the many restaurants that the city has to offer.

Breakfast. Our city tour provides an overview of the city and its attractions. During this three hour tour, you will visit Retiro, Avenida 9 de Julio (El Teatro Colon and Obelisco), the Center (Congress, Plaza de Mayo, Avenida de Mayo, Casa Rosada), Puerto Madero and San Telmo with stops in Recoleta (Cemetery and Plaza Francia) and La Boca (Caminito).

At night you will enjoy a delicious meal and a tango show, before being transferred to your hotel.

Breakfast, then transfer to the airport for your flight to Puerto Madryn.

After arriving at Trelew you will be transferred to your hotel in Puerto Madryn (67 km). Take part in any of the activities the city has to offer, or we recommend visiting the waterfront and trying any of the local restaurants.

After breakfast, begin the full day tour to Peninsula Valdes. From the quaint town of Puerto Piramide you can embark on a whale watching tour, after which you can make various stops at strategic points of the peninsula where you will observe sea lions, guanacos, penguins, orcas and other marine animals.

In the evening you will go back to the hotel.

After breakfast, you will start the full day excursion to Punta Tombo.

Located south of Puerto Madryn, Punta Tombo has the largest colony of Magellanic penguins in South America, with over 200,000 breeding pairs between September and February raising their young in this reserve. Walk amongst the penguins before making brief visits to Trelew and Gaiman on the return to the hotel in the afternoon.

Breakfast. Transfer to Trelew airport for flight to El Calafate. Arrive at Calafate, the capital of the glaciers and gateway to the Perito Moreno Glacier.

Upon arrival you will be taken to the hotel and have the rest of the day to relax or explore the city.

You could also walk to Laguna Nimez in time for the beautiful Patagonian sunset.

After breakfast you will start the full day excursion to Perito Moreno. In Glacier National Park, you will take the route along Lake Argentino where, 80km from El Calafate, the Perito Moreno is revealed by its 70m high walls of ice. Numerous walkways leading to the front of the glacier (there are approximately 5 km gateways) offer both a visual and audio experience, with each different view soundtracked by the constant ruptures and echoes of the iceberg. The tour also includes a short boat trip past the glacier.

You will return to the hotel in the evening.

Duration: 6 hours.

For the more adventurous, glacier hiking tours with Big Ice or Minitrekking are also available as an addition. For more information on these excursions, just ask!

Free day. Ask us about optional excursions, we recommend taking a trip to Estancia Cristina.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ushuaia.

Arrive in Ushuaia, the end of the world, and then transfer to your hotel.

You will be collected at your hotel (shared service) and brought to the Tierra del Fuego National Park. Once in Ensenada Bay, you’ll have time to enjoy the view over the Beagle Channel before starting the walk along the coast.

This six kilometer route allows you to observe the flora and wildlife as well as discovering traces of the area’s ancient indigenous people, the Yamana. After 3 hours you will arrive at Lake Roca, where lunch will be served.

After a picnic there is a canoe trip down the river Lapataia, which will take you to Lapataia in the Beagle Channel where the Panamerican Highway and the National Highway No. 3 end.

Total duration: 8/10 hours.
Trail: 3 hours.
Canoeing: 1 hours.

If this seems like too much of an adventure, let us know and we can offer a more traditional tour excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park, with an option to take the End of the World Train.

After breakfast, make your way to the tourist wharf where you will board a boat to sail through the Beagle Channel. The tour offers panoramic views of the city of Ushuaia, and of the diverse marine fauna, such as cormorants and sea lions and the islands of Lobo and De los Pajaros.

If the winds permit, land on one of the islands’ bridges, where you can see the remains of giant shells and enjoy views of Chile and Argentina.

Next you can explore Les Eclaireurs, known as the “Lighthouse at the end of the world”.

Duration: 3-4 hours.

Breakfast. Transfer to airport for flight to Puerto Iguazu (with a stop in Buenos Aires).

Upon arrival in Puerto Iguazu, you will be transferred to hotel where you will have the rest of the day free to enjoy the pool. In the evening you may visit the Three Borders Landmark, located in the tri-border area between Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.

EXCURSION TO ARGENTINIAN FALLS

After breakfast, start the full day excursion with a trip to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. Explore the National Park by wandering its paths to take in the incredible views of 200 waterfalls. Lunch is at noon, after which you can take the optional Great Adventure tour that allows you to examine the falls up close, and even takes you underneath! In the afternoon, catch the train to the largest of the park’s attractions, the Devil’s Throat. In the afternoon you will be transferred to hotel.
