We Take Responsibility for the Sustainability of Our Work

This is the commitment we make to foster the healthy development of tourism in our country

OUR COMMITMENT

Reciclaje

Commitment to the future

Since 2014, we’ve supported rural schools across the country. As sponsors of two schools in the Province of San Juan, we’ve helped improve learning conditions for 91 students in vulnerable settings.

Reciclaje

Commitment to ourselves

We foster a working environment built on respect, consistency and transparency, with a strong focus on gender equity, diversity and inclusion.

Reciclaje

Commitment to climate action

We plant a native tree for every traveller who chooses our services, through Bayka. We’ve already planted over 4,500 trees in Patagonia and the Province of Misiones.

Reciclaje

Commitment to the planet

We manage our recyclables to generate social impact, working with the Los Ceibos Cooperative to support over 100 families in underprivileged neighbourhoods. We avoid single-use plastics and paper, and we compost our organic waste.

Reciclaje

Commitment to our supply chain

100% of our operators in Argentina promote decent work, employing local residents and upholding human rights. Over 40% of the hotels we regularly work with hold sustainability certifications.

Reciclaje

Commitment to the community

We champion the development of routes that create opportunities beyond the country’s major tourist trails, and we take an active part in volunteering with the Food Bank.

Commitment to community

We champion responsible work with local communities and the development of trips that create opportunities beyond our country’s well-trodden tourist routes. Our impact on people runs through everything we do, informing every decision we make.

This commitment isn’t limited to our itineraries. As an additional way of giving back, we run volunteer days three times a year at the Buenos Aires Food Bank, an organisation working to reduce hunger, improve nutrition and cut down on food waste.

Commitment to the future

Convinced that education is a cornerstone of real transformation, since 2014 we’ve sponsored Escuela Monseñor Tomás Segundo Cruz, in the town of El Volcán, San Juan Province. In 2024, we extended that commitment by also sponsoring Escuela Rubén Darío in El Médano, also in San Juan Province.

These projects give us the privilege of walking alongside children throughout their school years and learning from their teachers — true community leaders who transform their surroundings together. We also support Asociación Civil Padrinos de Escuelas Rurales, an organisation that shines a light on the reality of rural schools and stands by us as a sponsor on this journey.

Commitment to the environment

Alongside our recycling and composting programmes to cut waste in our day-to-day operations, we weave respect for nature into every part of our trips: we design itineraries that foster a positive connection with the environment, help travellers understand how to lower their footprint, and work exclusively with local operators who share our values and show a genuine commitment to sustainability. We’re certified as a B Corporation and hold the Sustainable Tourism Guidelines for Organisations certification.

Commitment to climate action

To help offset the emissions from our operations, we’ve formed a strategic partnership with BAYKA, an organisation dedicated to conserving and regenerating native forests. This partnership not only protects the environment but also strengthens local economies and builds a network of people committed to sustainability. We’re also cutting our carbon footprint by optimising energy use right across our value chain.

Commitment to ourselves

We run an ongoing training programme focused on personal wellbeing, professional growth, and keeping our team aligned around our social and environmental goals. The policies we stand behind run through our entire way of working, including practices that drive continuous improvement — not just behind the scenes, but in the final product that defines who we are as a company. In 2024, we were awarded the Equality Seal by the National Directorate of Tourism Quality and Innovation, recognising companies that promote equal opportunity within tourism.

Commitment to our supply chain

We work closely with our suppliers to make sure they all meet our ethical and sustainability standards, checking in regularly on their level of commitment. When choosing local operators, we favour those run by families based in the area, creating genuine employment and putting economic benefits directly back into the community through the trips we organise.
