How do we make it happen?
We continuously measure and improve the way we manage five key areas of impact:
- Community: We assess our suppliers’ commitment to human rights and the environment, and we actively support social impact organisations through donations and volunteer work.
- Environment: We plant a native tree for every traveller who journeys with us, and we minimise our waste footprint through recycling and composting programmes.
- Workers: Through clear policies, training programmes and open lines of communication, we foster a workplace built on respect — with a particular focus on gender equity, diversity and inclusion.
- Customers: We keep a close eye on the satisfaction of our travellers and strategic partners, tailoring every trip to their needs and offering ongoing support along the way.
- Governance: We rely on transparent mechanisms that bring all our stakeholders into the decision-making process.
